Digital River is bankrupt

What had been looming for some time has now come to pass: Our reseller, Digital River GmbH, and Digital River Holding GmbH have filed for insolvency.
First of all, this means that our customers are currently unable to purchase new licenses or maintenance extensions and we have to write off a large amount of revenue.

What happens next?

We are already in the process of establishing a new reseller for our products in the short term. We will inform you here as soon as sales are possible again. In the initial period, we will create the licenses manually, so there may be minor delays, especially at weekends.

After that, we will gradually push ahead with automatic license creation and integration into Lights-Out.
